Nadeem arrived in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1991 and started on a delivery route. Today he leads Bajco Group — 283 restaurants, 5,000+ people and one of America's largest pizza franchise operations. TSourcing began in 2022 as the fix for his own post-COVID staffing crisis: every call answered, without pulling crew off the line. He is Multi-Unit Franchisee's American Dream MVP (2026) and No. 58 on the Franchise Times Restaurant 200.

Modood is the founder and CEO of Tribe Consulting, one of Pakistan's largest BPO organisations with 2,000+ professionals, and the partner behind TSourcing's people, sites and TIOS operating platform. He has worked in the outsourcing industry since 2004 — starting on the frontline, with roles at TRG, IBEX Global and oDesk — and founded Tribe in 2014 with no institutional capital. Tribe is a three-time P@SHA ICT Award winner, including Best in BPO in 2024 and 2026.

Khurram leads technology at TSourcing — telephony, POS integrations and the data and AI systems behind every order. A computer scientist and technical project manager with more than a decade of enterprise software delivery, he holds a PhD from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), completed with a perfect 4.0 CGPA, and graduated first with a gold medal in BS Computer Science across all 203 campuses of the Virtual University of Pakistan.

Mateen leads revenue at TSourcing — new brand partnerships, account growth and the commercial side of every programme. He brings 20+ years in business operations, revenue growth and customer experience, having led large-scale contact centres and CX teams to measurable gains in efficiency, profitability and service quality, and now applies AI and automation to help restaurant operators scale.
