What do missed calls cost you?

Every unanswered order call is a lost ticket. Move the sliders to your own numbers and see the annual value of answering every call, upselling gently, and taking the phone off the make line.

Franchise stores count as part of the group.
Inbound phone orders only, not drive-thru or app.
Rings out, voicemail, or hang-ups at peak. Check your phone system's report.
Agents and Ezra offer one relevant add-on per order.
Time crew spend answering, taking and re-keying orders.

Model: 365,000 order calls a year, of which 43,800 are currently missed. Every input is yours to change; defaults are conservative industry ranges, not TSourcing guarantees. Per-call pricing is quoted on your demo call and typically sits well inside the recovered value.

How to read it

Three levers, one order line.

The model separates the three things outsourced order-taking changes, so you can see which one matters most for your brand.

How pricing works →
  1. 1 · Calls answered

At peak, in-store staff cannot cook, serve and answer. Calls ring out or hit voicemail; most of those guests order elsewhere. Answering 100% of calls recovers a share of them.

  2. 2 · Add-ons offered

A trained agent — or Ezra — offers one relevant add-on on every order, consistently. In-store crew rarely do at peak. Small per-order uplift, large annual number.

  3. 3 · Labour freed

Phone time is make-line time. Freed hours either reduce scheduled labour or improve speed of service — you decide which.

Questions

About the model.

How does the calculator estimate recovered revenue?

It multiplies your annual order calls by the share currently missed, then by the share of those calls that convert once someone answers, then by your average phone ticket. All three are sliders you control.

Where do the default numbers come from?

They are conservative mid-range figures operators commonly report for pizza and QSR phone lines: roughly 10–15% of calls missed at peak, 60–80% of recovered calls converting, and 15–25% of orders accepting a suggested add-on. Replace them with your own phone-system and POS data for an accurate picture.

Does the estimate include TSourcing's fees?

No. The estimate is gross annual impact. Per-call pricing depends on your store count and is quoted on the demo call, so you can compare it directly against the number the calculator gives you.

Can I get a version of this for my board or franchise council?

Yes — book a demo and bring your call volumes; we will send a written estimate and quote using your numbers.

Turn the estimate into a quote.

Bring your call volumes to a 20-minute demo and leave with a written per-call quote against this number.
