How it works

Your number. Your POS. Our people and AI.

Nothing changes for the guest and nothing is re-keyed in the store. Here is the call flow on day one, and the launch process that gets a brand from first pilot to every region.

01 · The call

Four steps. Every order.

  1. 1
    Customer calls your store

Your existing number, forwarded via IVR. Nothing changes for the guest.

  2. 2
    Routed in seconds

The call reaches the first available agent — or Ezra Voice AI — by the rules you set per store and daypart.

  3. 3
    Order keyed into your POS

Accurate, gently upsold, and in your store's queue before the call ends.

  4. 4
    Your team makes & delivers

In-store staff stay on the line that matters: the make line.

02 · The launch

From scoping call to full roll-out.

  1. 01Scope

A 20-minute call: brands, store count, POS, call curve by daypart, channels (phone / lane / text). You leave with a routing plan and a quote.

  2. 02Integrate

POS integration and IVR forwarding set up per brand. Your store numbers stay the same; calls are forwarded to TSourcing.

  3. 03Train

Agents complete menu, modifier and brand-script training; Ezra is configured with your menu, deals and hours. QA rubric agreed.

  4. 04Pilot

Go live on a first group of stores. Weekly review of speed-of-answer, accuracy, ticket and hand-off data. Adjust routing rules.

  5. 05Roll out

Region by region, on the cadence your operations team sets. Same report, same SLA, every store.

What you see every week

Questions

Getting started, answered.

How long does onboarding take?

After a scoping call, a typical launch runs: POS integration and call routing → agent recruiting and menu training → a pilot on a first group of stores → roll-out region by region. Timelines depend on POS and store count and are agreed up front.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. Your existing store numbers are forwarded to TSourcing via IVR. Nothing changes for the guest.

Which POS systems do you integrate with?

TSourcing integrates brand by brand with the major QSR and pizza POS platforms. Tell us your POS on the demo call and we will confirm the integration path and fee.

Is there a minimum store count?

Pricing tiers start at groups of 10 stores; smaller groups are considered case by case. Franchise stores are counted as part of the brand group.
